Our client is seeking an experienced and inspirational manager to lead this luxury travel business. This role will ensure the long-term commercial development and success of the business, oversee the smooth delivery of the day to day operations and streamline and implement processes/systems. The successful candidate will have a strategic vision to develop and grow the business whilst inspiring the team of planners to deliver creative and unique travel solutions to the discerning and demanding client base. They will oversee all aspects of the business including operations, marketing, sales, finance, HR and IT, so will bring proven experience of managing multi-discipline teams. A hands-on approach is essential, combined with an ability to gain the respect of the team and instigate positive change where necessary.
