HARP Wallen is recruiting for a Project Executive on behalf of a boutique retail consultancy that specialises in transforming retail strategy and urban destinations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis on live and upcoming projects, presenting insights through professional reports and presentations.
  • Help create and refine client-facing materials, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking milestones and deadlines.
  • Break down client briefs into actionable deliverables for the team to execute effectively.
  • Organise, manage, and maintain project documentation to ensure accessibility and accuracy.
  • Attend meetings, take detailed notes, and summarise discussions into actionable next steps.
  • Anticipate project needs and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes.
