Job description

This senior role will take responsibility for designing, developing and implementing tour operating strategies. You will bring a proven track record in senior management within tour operating to deliver growth and meet ambitious targets. Building strong internal and 3rd party relationships will be key, along with the ability to identify focus areas for growth through rigorous analysis and planning. As an integral member of the senior management team, you will play a key part in the success of the business and work closely with colleagues to ensure objectives are met. You will ensure that the business has highly efficient and customer-centric operational and sales strategies and systems in place to deliver to a target.
