Our client is currently seeking a Senior Marketing Manager- FTC Maternity Cover.  A hands-on role that will help drive sales, acquisition and retention for both the trade and consumer markets and across several well-known brands.   This role will be the product owner of the website and will be responsible for the end-to-end marketing journey, ensuring that website journeys are optimised, campaigns are showcased appropriately and products are suitably merchandised for optimum lead generation and sales. As an all-around marketing professional, you thrive in a busy environment – working across departments in a matrix international business- and you will have a proven track record of delivering measurable marketing campaigns. This role will drive and oversee the implementation of both on and offline media plans and will be able to implement a highly effective CRM campaign, ensuring that the team and agencies deliver all plans on time and on budget.

  • A proven track record as a marketing professional ideally gained within a leisure travel environment
  • Able to guide online strategies for improving customer relationships online, including all email communication and website content designed for customers and agents
  • Developing and managing marketing campaigns, including PPC, paid social media and CRM (DM and EDM)
  • Degree in a related marketing or communications field, combined with previous related experience in a marketing management role within the travel industry
  • Experience of working in a matrix international environment delivering a wide range of marketing campaigns
  • A proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time and within budget
  • A proven brand champion with ability to set measurable marketing strategies including CRM
  • Excellent budgetary and forecasting skills – as well as good analytical skills
  • Highly numerate and commercial with a passion for delivery effective and measurable marketing campaigns
  • Good people management and leadership skills with excellent relationship management skills
  • Excellent eye for detail
